Hey y’all! My name is Tess (Teresa) and I’m an Asheville hairstylist! Since I was a little girl, I’ve wanted to be a hairstylist and I’m now living the dream. I’ve been in the industry for nearly 10 years and love learning new techniques to add to my skill set. I do hair on everyone from babies to roller sets and everything in between. When you sit in my chair, you are always my top priority and it is my job and my pleasure to make you feel your best when you walk out the door. I love to say, “if your hair ain’t happy, you’re not happy” and it’s so true! If there is anything you should know about me, it’s that I love to laugh and have a good time, I love talking about anything and everything, and I love to make YOU feel happy! My studio is always a safe space, and I can’t wait to see ya! As we head into the new year, I have a few house keeping things to go over with everyone. I first want to start off by saying thank you all for yet another amazing year. This was my first full year back to work since giving birth to my sweet Declan, and your love and support means the world to me. I’ve gained quite a few new clients in the last year so I want to make sure everyone is on the same page. Effective immediately, any and all cancellations or no shows within 48 hours of your appointment will result in a charge of 50% of the service booked. My booking service sends out a confirmation text/email 72 hours before your appointment. This includes having multiple services booked in a session and canceling one or more within 48 hours. My time is valuable and I’m limited to only work a few days a week, so when you cancel last minute or fail to show up, that effects my income, my time and also the appointment could have been given to someone who really wanted it. If you are running late to your appointment, please let me know as soon as possible. I have a 10 minute window, after that your appointment is subjected to being cancelled and charged a fee of 50% of the service. If there is a possibility of being able to service you but cutting the service, you will still be charged the initial service booked. In addition, if you are wanting to make any changes to your current hair formula, please send me photos ahead of time. Something that may look minor to you may result in a price difference, an extended service time, or multiple sessions. I also need to make sure I have the proper colors needed to achieve the look you’re wanting. Again, I want to thank all of you for your amazing support. Cancellation Policy

I charge a 50% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment.
